Payment by UK cheque or UK postal order is also acceptable (contact me)

Shipping & handling to UK - 15% of order
Shipping & handling to EU - 20% of order
Shipping & handling to Rest of the World - 25% of order

Please note that these rates are based upon single item ordering. If you are ordering more than one item, please contact me for a reduction in shipping costs prior to ordering. However, should you forget, or somehow miss this information, rest assured that any buyer who proceeds to purchase multiple items without first contacting me will receive a partial refund equal to the amount of overpayment incurred.

Normal delivery times are as follows:

UK (Royal Mail 1st class) - 1 to 2 working days
EU (Airmail) - 5 to 8 working days
WW (Airmail) - 7-10 working days

However, please allow 28 days for delivery to cover for any minor postal delays.

EXCHANGE POLICY

All Majestic Bear Miniature products are inspected before dispatch. However, if on arrival you find your product to be defective in any way please contact me within 14 days of the item arriving to arrange for a full refund or exchange. I reserve the right to request visual evidence of the reported defect before a decision is made. Deliberate or accidental damage incurred during assembly, painting or gaming is NOT covered by this policy.

DISCLAIMER

Majestic Bear products are sold unpainted and unassembled (in the case of larger models). Photographs of assembled and painted models are for reference only. All models are cast from white metal and may contain traces of lead. Models also consist of small pieces and are therefore not suitable for small children. All Majestic Bear Miniature products are casts of original scratch sculpted models. No reproduction in part or whole of any other miniature manufacturers work has been undertaken. Any similarity to other manufacturers work is purely coincidental and unintentional. All model designs remain the property of Majestic Bear Miniatures. Any reproduction in part or whole is strictly prohibited without the express consent of the owner.
